How we support our community

At the heart of our business lies a strong belief: success means nothing unless it benefits the people and places around us. As a proud Welsh company, we’re deeply committed to supporting our local communities—not only through our construction and fencing projects but through genuine, ongoing social impact that improves lives and strengthens connections.

Across Wales, we work hand-in-hand with organisations that matter—from local food banks and schools to national charities and community initiatives. Whether it’s through financial support, volunteering, resources, or raising awareness, our aim is always the same: to uplift, empower, and give back to the people who support us.

We don’t see community support as a checkbox—it’s a core value woven into everything we do. Our partnerships with groups such as Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, Wales Air Ambulance, and Prostate Cymru highlight our dedication to health and well-being across Wales. At the same time, we’re actively involved in grassroots causes, including supporting local schools, donating to food banks, sponsoring youth sports teams, and contributing to initiatives tackling period poverty.

Making real differences

From urban centres to rural towns, our community efforts take many forms. We’ve provided resources for local schools to enhance student safety and learning environments.

We’ve contributed to hospitals and health charities that care for some of Wales’s most vulnerable citizens. And we’ve helped food banks expand their reach to families in need during times of hardship.

We are particularly proud of our support for:

  • Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital – helping fund vital services and improve care for children and their families.

  • Wales Air Ambulance – supporting lifesaving emergency response across the country.

  • Prostate Cymru – raising awareness and contributing to life-saving research and education.

  • Local Food Banks – ensuring families across Wales don’t go hungry.

  • Sports Teams & Arts Projects – creating opportunities for young people to thrive, stay active, and express themselves.

  • Period Poverty Campaigns – helping restore dignity and access to essential supplies for women and girls.

Delivering Social Value with Purpose

Through our projects, we go beyond just delivering infrastructure—we contribute to lasting, social outcomes. We’re proud of our proven track record in delivering social value through:

  • Local recruitment and training opportunities

  • Spending within the local supply chain

  • Supporting underrepresented groups

  • Community engagement and consultation

  • Sustainability initiatives aligned with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act

We believe that every project—no matter the size—is an opportunity to leave a positive legacy. That means prioritising both the environment and the people impacted by our work.

As a Constructionline Gold Accredited company, we are held to high standards—and we choose to raise that bar even further when it comes to giving back.

A lasting impact across Wales

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but we’re even more excited about what lies ahead. As we grow, our commitment to Wales and its communities grows with us. We will continue to support local initiatives, invest in people, and make sure that the work we do builds more than fences or foundations—it builds trust, resilience, and opportunity for all.
